6. Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel booked services according to the following conditions:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date will incur no penalty.

• Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the service date may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before the service date will forfeit full payment.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information related to their photography requirements and schedules. Clients must cooperate to ensure sessions run smoothly and inform Silver Frame Studios promptly of any changes or special requirements.

8. Deliverables and Timelines

Silver Frame Studios will deliver the agreed-upon photographic materials within the timeline specified in the service agreement. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly to the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

Silver Frame Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Silver Frame Studios respects your privacy and will handle any personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Personal information collected will only be used to provide and improve our services.

11. Changes to Terms
